Should we ban fireworks

Every year I am inundated with emails regarding the sale, regulation and use of fireworks come bonfire night. Constituent safety is paramount at this time of year, and misuse of fireworks is becoming a growing problem in our community. 

I want to hear your views on whether you think fireworks should be more tightly regulated, less regulated or banned altogether.
